Portrait of Dr. Murber Ákos

Over the past 25 years, I have conducted more than 150,000 examinations and performed over 12,000 treatment cycles, including ovarian stimulation, intrauterine insemination, and in vitro fertilization (IVF). This extensive experience allows me to approach every new case with confidence.

Since my university years, the investigation and treatment of infertility have been my primary scientific interests. As a student researcher, I delivered my first presentations on this topic, and since obtaining my medical degree, I have engaged in clinical studies as a university researcher and pursued independent scientific work. My research has been published in both domestic and international professional journals, and I have participated in and delivered presentations at numerous conferences. In 2011, I summarized my research work in a dissertation titled “The Impact of Ovarian Stimulation Treatments on the Success of In Vitro Fertilization”, which earned me my second doctoral degree (PhD). My publication list, as a public member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, is available on the Academy’s website.

As recognition of my professional work, I was appointed a member of the Human Reproduction Committee of the Health Science Council in 2014 and elected to the board of the Hungarian Society of Assisted Reproduction in 2015.
